Sawako Kataoka
Beautifully hand-made earrings by Sawako Kataoka, a designer-maker based in Aichi prefecture Japan.
Her handcrafted jewelry is made mainly of silver, copper and brass.
Sawako graduated from Kyoto Seika University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture. She also graduated from Kyoto Traditional Art Crafts College, Department of Metal Crafts
(Awarded the President's Prize of the Kyoto Traditional Art Crafts Cooperative).
She worked in production at a jewelry company before starting her solo career.
