irodoru-

Uniquely crafted earrings by Ayako Bekki, a designer-maker based in Osaka Japan.

At Seian Zokei University-Fiber Art Class Ayako studied modeling and design using fiber as the main material. After graduation, she started her own accessory brand ''irodoru-" which means "to colour" in Japanese. In 2015, she launched irodoru-’s sister brand "récit".

 

Using leather and fabric, as well as vintage parts and natural stones each product is handcrafted.

Each earring series is a one-of-kind original and has its own story behind its creation. Her products took shape from inspiration of the things and scenery that resonated with her in her daily life.
