Prices on TSUMUGI are subject to change without notice.

TSUMUGI's items are mostly one of a kind therefore if any item selected for purchase is not available, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to notify them of the discrepancy. A full refund will be issued at the time of order cancellation.

It is our priority to make sure our website is always up to date with in store products. In the unlikely event you purchase an item that is out of stock or no longer available, we will get in touch as soon as possible to suggest an alternative product or to issue a refund for the unavailable items.
