Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

Any items returned without initial authorization will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Any returned items must be in the same condition as when received. They must be unused with original unopened package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All return item must be shipped with a tracking number, otherwise any returned lost product will not be refunded or exchanged.
There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's not tracked.
If the return is because of an error on our part, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work out a solution.
