Shipping/Local pick up

All orders will be processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible from Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.

We aim to dispatch the stocked items within 2-4 working days after the confirmation of your purchase.

*Domestic

Free on purchases over CAD $60 (No tracking)

Standard(No tracking): $5.50

With tracking: $15 (3-9 business days)

*US Cross-border

USA Standard international(No tracking): $15

With tracking: $20(4-10 business days)

*International flat rate 

No tracking by Air: $20 

(Depends on the country but at least 14-20 business days)

TSUMUGI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by local delivery errors, poor weather conditions or delays while crossing international borders. Delivery times will vary by destination.
If this occurs, please contact your local post office. 

Please be aware of any shipping delays in your region due to the COVID-19 crisis. As far as we know, Canada/US shipping may take longer than usual. Shipping overseas may be effected as well.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes if applicable. We are not responsible for any customs delays.
Once a package is shipped it is in the hands of the respective postal services.

Please note that customers outside of Canada may be required to pay import duties/local sales taxes. These are not included in the price of the goods you purchase and we are not responsible for the payment of these fees.
